Mayfest, Inc. announced today an exciting agenda to honor the 45th Anniversary of Mayfest and to give back to the supportive community who made Mayfest one of Fort Worth’s longest-standing traditions.

As part of the 45th Anniversary celebration, Mayfest is offering two opportunities for patrons to gain free admission to the festival. On Thursday, May 4th, Mayfest will not charge an admission fee. All patrons will be able to participate in celebrating Mayfest without paying to enter the festival. “The Fort Worth community has been such an integral part of Mayfest for the past 45 years. We wanted to give back in a way we never have,” said Elizabeth Basham, Mayfest, Inc. Executive Director. “Our hope is the entire community will come out to experience Fort Worth’s favorite family festival.”
